A Blue Sky Venture is Seeking Private Capital Investors

December 30th, 2009 by admin No comments »

A Blue Sky Venture

Thank you for taking time to visit our company web site.

To this point A Blue Sky Venture and Swikert Systems has been self funded and shown profit over the past 2 years. We are seeking private investors to assist in the growth of our services and product line. A Blue Sky Venture is seeking capital for acquisition and merger opportunities. All operations and day to day expenses will continue to be funded through current revenue stream.

Our firm is marketing shares of our common stock through a series of financings to raise capital to drive our product to market. We are following up with our conversation to determine your level of interest and willingness to participate in our venture as a financing source and/or intermediary. For the right candidate, we are issuing an incentive to participate as a fast-start investor who, for the sum of $50,000.00, would secure their participation through a debenture secured by one hundred thousand shares of common stock that has preferential clauses over common shares.

This secured debenture has been prepared for a release date of Jan 1, 2010.
The incentive is quite unique, where this participant has an initial strike price of $0.50/share, and
may sell their debenture back to the company when funding occurs to earn a profit. Or, they may choose to hold the debenture and earn 6.5% interest per annum, paid quarterly and convert as new financing series are released at increased stock prices.

We are motivated to produce this first $2,000,000.00, since we are nearing our release date of January 1, 2010. As you are aware, the timing to generate capital becomes critical as the date nears for launching our services. This debenture may be funded in a series of short term installments in order to reduce exposure to liability while focusing on the success of our firm achieving benchmarks and goals outlined within the business plan. We are available to answer any questions to assist your decisions processes via email or telephone. Please do not hesitate to call at your convenience.

Swikert Systems Staffing

Swikert Systems Staffing

Austin, TX, December 7, 2009 — With the continuing decline of the market, companies are failing and non-essential personnel are being released, especially IT department personnel. Many believe that this will hinder the merger and acquisition process and further decline of the market.
Swikert Systems has introduced their proprietary Swikert Systems Integration Process which provides exclusive technology and techniques for quick, seamless systems integration to large enterprise companies that have recently gone through mergers or acquisitions. These integrations include project management, directory services, application, web services, database and internet messaging.
“With a dynamically changing economy, companies are going through mergers and acquisitions,” states Brian Swikert, President of Swikert Systems. “During these transitions, the companies that are merging require the disparate systems to integrate with their current systems. Through our methodologies, we make this process transparent and cost effective.”
Swikert Systems was founded in Austin as a full service consulting group with over 20 years experience in aligning large scale projects and completing seamless technology systems integration and migration for many Fortune 500 companies.

Five Reasons Why Staff Augmentation is Right for Your Next Project

December 2nd, 2009 by admin No comments »

Staff Augmentation and ConsultingYou can’t afford to hire another full-time employee, your resources are worn thin already; and you have a HUGE project that will propel you to the next level—if you could only get it done! What do you do? Take a look at the following benefits of Staff Augmentation and Consulting. After reading them, we know you’ll know exactly what to do.

1. No overhead – When you hire a new employee, you have to consider several factors, such as: space to house the employee, equipment and supplies; insurance; worker’s comp, etc. When you leverage A Blue Sky Venture contractors and consultants, we take care of the details so you can focus on what’s important: getting the job done!

2. No Training – Another limitation to hiring another employee is the time/money it takes to train them. You not only have to consider how long it will take for the employee to get up to speed, but you need to consider an even bigger factor: the costs. Not only do you need to think about the money you will spend on training, materials, etc., but what about the cost in terms of hours paid for during the training and learning process? If that big project is looming, time and money are two commodities you won’t want to waste.

3. Outsource or Source – With A Blue Sky Venture, you have the option of having a team of contractors come to you, working side-by-side at your place of business; or the team can work on your project at our place of business. You can monitor their progress and be in the midst of it all or you can focus on other projects that need your attention; allowing us to work our magic. Either way, we have the solution to fit your budget.

4. Project-by-Project – A great benefit of using our staff augmentation service is that when the project is over, so is your obligation. You have the luxury of working with us on a project-by-project basis or on an ongoing, indefinite basis; it’s entirely up to you.

5. Experts – And the best reason . . . when you partner with A Blue Sky Venture to enhance your staffing needs, you are hiring experts. We know the IT industry: we have the skills, the training and we only hire the best. We can assist with all phases of your IT projects, from planning, design and project management to final implementation. Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered.

A Blue Sky Venture

November 25th, 2009 by admin No comments »

A Blue sky Venture We’ve all been exposed to endless talk over the past few years regarding the current economic situation in this country—infrastructures crashing; businesses closing left and right; and basically everything going “to hell in a hand basket”. While there is no point in arguing with this grim reality, there is another side to the coin. New businesses are opening their doors and old businesses are doing away with archaic systems that have drained them of valuable resources. Just as with a major forest fire, not all the trees are burned; and once the smoke clears, new growth is quick to shoot up through the rich debris left behind.

Businesses that are still standing have had to rescale their efforts and let employees go, even though there is still plenty of work. This leaves the remaining work force spread very thin with the various hats that must be worn throughout the day. New start-up businesses struggle to get the word out; to find the best prices on much needed software and hardware in order to create a sound infrastructure; and generally, to just gain access to resources that will launch them to the level of profitability.
So what’s the solution to all this? How do companies keep things going when times are tough? Well, if they are lucky, they turn to professionals who understand their needs and have the experience and expertise to accomplish everything within a budget that fits.

As the smoke begins to clear on our recession, A Blue Sky Venture, is showing our clients that there are definitely “blue skies ahead”. From getting companies off the ground, to marketing strategies fit for the 21st Century, we are helping clients find the success they always knew was possible.
